Perma-Asketes Posts: 605 Legend 0 Like 0 Dislike	I played the Beta of Daggerdale and thought it was fun in it's most simplistic form of just a time waster game. Without looking for it to imitate what my idea of D&D is supposed to be, it fulfilled some good wasted time. I heard it was pretty buggy but I never encountered anything crippling. I just never ended up buying it lol

For me I think it was about 12 hours of distraction over 2 weekends. My daughter (11) is enjoying more complex games like Skylanders and she likes being the Elf Rouge lady in daggerdale. Skylanders has multipule characters (fantasy beasts like dragons, treants, goblins, unicorns) that have skills you can develop, daggerdale has the clasic fantasy humanoids with more skill choices. good first step for her to more strategy oriented games verses the "bull in the china shop" aproach to winning.
